Peter Smith

Director, Qmerit™ UK

Peter C. Smith brings years of practical experience in sales, project management, manufacturing and general management, coupled with an ethical approach to business negotiations and personal relationships.

Peter joined Qmerit in 2022 as Business Development Manager and subsequently assumed the title of Director, Qmerit™ UK. He is charged with overseeing all aspects of Qmerit’s expansion into the UK.

Previously, Peter served as International Director of Business Development at ABM UK, a subsidiary of ABM. In that role, he was responsible for sourcing, qualifying and supporting new franchises for ABM brands TEGG Service and LINC Service, a predecessor company of Qmerit.

Prior to that, Peter held sales and marketing management positions at several UK companies including Vinci Facilities, Fine Facilities Management Ltd., and Automation Design & Installation Ltd. In 2009, he formed Focused Marketing Ltd. and served as its director until 2015.

Peter graduated from Mid Gloucestershire Technical College, and has completed numerous sales and business-related management courses
