Melissa Hirsch
VP, Product
Melissa is responsible for directing Qmerit’s software product strategy and product roadmap development as the company’s service offerings expand throughout North America and Europe. Prior to joining Qmerit in 2023, Melissa was VP Product at Spotter Inc., which provides capital, knowledge and community to YouTube creators. There, she was named Builder of the Year for 2022.
Previously, Melissa served as Head of Product, Credibility at Dun & Bradstreet, where she received the Ampersand Award for Innovation. She has also held senior product leadership roles at Nordstromrack.com/HauteLook and J.Hilburn. Earlier in her career, Melissa founded StenoCentral, the first online SaaS “smart” staffing application for the court reporting industry.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Literature from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
