Qmerit Acquires New Location Servicing Maryland and Surrounding Areas

May 25, 2022 IRVINE, CA – Qmerit is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Clinton Electric Company, headquartered in Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland. Clinton Electric was founded in 1969 and services Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC. The employees service both commercial and residential customers with their expanding electrification technologies business. “Consumer demand for electrification is growing rapidly and we are excited to unite with Qmerit to expand EV solutions for residential and multifamily markets,” said Mike Wall of Clinton Electric Company. “Clinton’s footprint in Maryland and the surrounding areas positions Qmerit to service residential clients in key markets and expand their long-standing commercial clients.
