Oliver Phillips Joins Qmerit as Chief Financial Officer

Qmerit, a leader in electrification and green energy transformation has just named its newest member to the executive team, Oliver C. Phillips. Oliver will serve as Qmerit’s Chief Financial Officer. Oliver comes to Qmerit from the banking/private equity industry where his career has been focused on the energy industry both domestically and internationally, as well as participating in global emerging markets focused on renewables, decarbonization and electrification. Oliver’s deep financial experience as a Director in Private Equity makes him uniquely qualified to be Qmerit’s CFO. Prior to joining Qmerit, Oliver spent 10 years in various investment and strategic roles at Lime Rock and Lime Rock New Energy where he was responsible for investment sourcing, diligence, and oversight for companies in the energy transition, vehicle electrification, oilfield, and industrial services sector as well as technology. There, he participated in 20+ platform investments and follow-on acquisitions as well as numerous debt and equity financings and helped to establish and grow the organization’s Middle Eastern and European offices and investment strategies. Previously, he worked as an investment banker at Lazard and Lehman Brothers. Oliver received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.
