Bianca Sloma

Bianca is a Sales and Business Operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation across the energy, technology, and electrification sectors.

Prior to Schneider Electric Bianca was Vice President of Utility Solutions at Qmerit, where she guided the strategic direction of utility-focused offerings across the Prosumer portfolio—Qmerit, EV Connect, and Energy Sage—while leading sales teams, building key industry partnerships, and advancing electrification solutions nationwide.

Previously, Bianca held leadership roles at Citrix, TRC Companies, and Lockheed Martin Energy, where she led global teams, secured major business wins, and oversaw multimillion-dollar sales portfolios. 

She holds an MBA and a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and actively supports the energy community through volunteer leadership, including service as a Commander’s Key Support Liaison for the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
